This edition of the O&WRHS Observer publication looks at the Ontario & Western's development of passenger service to the Catskill Mountain resorts and the equipment used to transport vacationers "to the mountains by rail."  Dozens of drawing and equipment diagrams accompany a roster of the O&W's passenger equipment.
